CANCELATION POLICY

You will get full refund if you cancel your stay more than 5 days in advance. If you cancel your stay less than 5 days prior to arrival no refund will be given.  If you have to cancel your stay due to COVID-19 symptoms/illness cancellation can be fully refunded if until 1 day prior to arrival subject to presentation of a doctor's prescription.

Buffet from 8.00 hr till 11.00 hr

KITCHEN

Guests are allowed to use the kitchen on conditions that they immediately clean up everything and don't bring any damage to the tableware, kitchen or electronic devices

ACCESS/SAFETY

All private rooms will be able to be locked with a key.

The house is accessible with a codelocker.

In the dorm all beds have their own locker. Your can bring your own padlock or borrow one at the reception for which a deposit has to be paid.

QUIET MODE

After 22.00hr we’ll ask you to turn on the quiet mode.

 

LOSS/DAMAGE/THEFT

Guest(s) will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their friend(s) or any person(s) for whom they are responsible.

We are not responsible for any theft damage. If anyone is determined steeling (s)he will be excluded from the guesthouse immediately.

 

DRUGS
No smoking is allowed in the guesthouse.

No drugs are allowed in the guesthouse or in a 50 m radius of the guesthouse. If drugs are determined immediately exclusion of the hostel

 

VISITORS

No visitors are allowed in the guest rooms.

Nothing herein above constitutes or be deemed to constitute any tenancy or sub-tenancy or any right or interest in the guesthouse premises or any  part or position thereof in favor of any guest or resident or  visitor. 

 

PAYMENT

The guest agrees to make immediate payment of all charges incurred upon receipt or upon arrival, any charges after departure will be charged to the method of payment marked and a statement will be forwarded by email/post.

The guest(s) acknowledge joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.

City tax is not included and needs to be paid upon arrival.

 

AGE RESTRICTION

All people under the age of 18 have to be accompanied by an adult.

The company shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession and control of the whole of the guesthouse premises.
